Hanging Tall
Before doing this exercise, you need to have a pole by which you will be able to hang yourself upside down. If you do not feel comfortable in hanging upside down, you just hang. It is important that you feel relaxed as you grip the pole tightly.

You may also add a little variation when you hang yourself. You can put weights on your waist but be sure that these are manageable and will not bring you harm. There are several ways to do the bridge: (1) lie on back, putting arms of the floor near the legs then slowly lift pelvis towards the ceiling; (2) lie on stomach, raise torso with hands, and stretch back while legs stay on the floor; (3) standing.

Stretch Your Legs
Stand at the back of a chair and hold onto the backrest. Keep a straight spine while thrusting a leg backwards as far as you possibly can. Do the same on the other leg. When you do this exercise, you may need to engage in some warm-up first so your system will be ready and prepared.
